Features

Everything you need on competition day

📆

Your show day, synced to Apple Calendar

RideReady doesn't just build your timeline — it pushes every milestone directly into Apple Calendar with individual push notifications. You'll be reminded of each step as it approaches, so you can stay present with your horse instead of watching the clock. Care appointment reminders keep your horse's health on track too, with alerts before farrier visits, vet checks, dental, and more.

What gets synced

Every show-day timeline task — drive time, braiding, tacking up, warm-up — each as its own calendar event with a push notification

FAQ

Common questions

How does the show-day timeline generator work?
You enter your ride time and RideReady works backwards to calculate your entire day. The default schedule covers driving to the venue, unpacking, feeding your horse, plaiting and braiding, hair and makeup, reviewing your test, getting dressed, tacking up, travelling to the warm-up area, warming up, and travelling to the arena — each with its own start time. You can add, remove, and reorder tasks and the schedule recalculates instantly.
Does RideReady sync with Apple Calendar?
Yes. RideReady syncs your entire show-day timeline to Apple Calendar, creating individual events for each task with push notifications. You get a reminder as each step approaches — so you can focus on your horse instead of watching the clock. Upcoming care appointments (farrier, vet, dental) also trigger push notifications ahead of their scheduled date.
Does it work without internet at the showground?
Yes — RideReady is fully offline. All your data is stored on your iPhone. Once your calendar events are synced and notifications are scheduled, they continue to fire without any network connection. This is essential for show grounds where mobile reception is often poor or non-existent.
Can I track horse health and upcoming vet or farrier appointments?
Yes. The care section lets you log farrier visits, vet checks, dental appointments, and bodywork sessions. Each service type shows a colour-coded health status — green, yellow, or red — so you can see at a glance whether your horse is show-ready. Push notifications remind you before each upcoming appointment.
Can I manage multiple horses and multiple tests in one show?
Yes to both. RideReady supports unlimited horses, each with its own health records, show history, and documents. Within a single show you can add multiple tests (e.g. Advanced 5.1 and Advanced 5.2), each with its own ride time and independent timeline.
What level of dressage is RideReady designed for?
All levels — from introductory and preliminary through to advanced and Grand Prix. RideReady is built around the practical logistics of show day, which are broadly the same regardless of level. It suits schooling shows, affiliated competitions, and CDI international events alike.
